Why We Built This Site
Public access in Georgia begins with the court that keeps the record. Rebecca S. “Becky” Fendley, Clerk of Superior Court, maintains Quitman Superior Court filings, while the Probate/Magistrate office handles its own matters and traffic court. The state E-Access directory routes Superior Court searches to account-based PeachCourt, and the local traffic page points to EZCourtPay. We organize those distinct routes, the Pataula Judicial Circuit calendar, and the clerk contact details in one place.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket guides: how criminal docket searches and civil docket searches work in Quitman County
- Court settings: how to read the Pataula court dates and confirm a hearing
- Case lookups: how to use Quitman County case lookup routes by name or case number
- Record requests: how court records and certified copies are obtained from the correct clerk
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to a Georgia court, clerk, or government agency. Its role has firm limits:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
Search Partners
Some pages contain search boxes operated by outside providers. Each provider controls its service, prices, results, and privacy terms. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports this site. We do not control the provider’s charges or the records it returns.
